DISCLAIMER: In order that Ultimateforums be able to continue as a community of friends and good people. We the staff and present donating members now ask that persons requesting full membership make a minimumm donation to ultimateforums.net for the operating costs incurred and those that will be incurred in the future. This IS NOT a membership fee. We do not "charge" for anything that you find on this board. All content, links, posts, urls, written subject matter, intellectual properties, artistic renderings, comments, statements, et al. Are, and shall remain, in perpetuity that of the person who posts it. Any, and all, posts made shall be the sole responsibility of the person who posts it. By making a post the person doing so agrees to hold free and harmless from any and all possible litigation, en perpetuity, the administrators, server operators, moderators, members, and any other person(s) or entitie(s) associated with ultimateforums.net, resulting from such post. If any post made here on ultimateforums is that of another, and that person notifies the staff in writing that it is theirs, every effort shall be taken to eliminate such post with all due haste. Be it also known that any funds recieved from donations made by the members of Ultimateforums.net will be used for the operating costs, bandwidth charges, software, software upgrades, security software, hardware, and any other miscellanious items needed for the proper and continued operation of Ultimateforums.net. The administrators, learner administrators, moderators, and all other staff recieve no compensation for there services.

General rules and information.

Membership: In order to become a full member of Ultimateforums.net a donation is now required. This is due to the simple fact that those that were donating to the forum were the same people all the time. This was not fair and the donations soon dwindled causing the administrator(s) to pay for the bandwidth themselfs. A minimum donation of $5.00 U.S.D. will grant access to the forum for one year. This amount will be subject to change depending on the amount of bandwidth use the forum generates. It will not be retroactive for the members that have already donated. Any increase in the minimum donation will apply to new members and those exsisting members signing up for another year. Any member who does not send in a donation on or before the 364 day of membership will be deleted from the forum untill such time as their donation is recieved. All members must make a least one post per month to stay active on the forum. This is a community of friends and good people with a common form of entertainment we find enjoyable. Everyone is welcome here no matter what their pleasure may be. Of course there are limits. No scat (anything involving feces weather human or animal). No beastiality (sex with animals). No child pornography or depictions of child pornography. This includes "animie" and "manga". As it is too often debatable weather the depiction is that of an under age child, or that of an adult, we must ask that no animi or manga posts be made. Spoof posts of sites that include links to sites with animi or manga may be posted as they are the responsibility of the site being spoofed as to there content. This does not apply to the other restrictions mentioned above. In other words: if you post a spoof site and that site has direct links to animi or manga sites this is ok. If the spoofed site has direct links to scat or bestiality sites it will be deleted and you will be advised/warned. Sites that link, in any form or fashion, to child pornography will be deleted and then promptly reported to the proper authorities. If you do not make a minimum of one post per month then your membership will be revoked and you will be required to register again. A new donation will not be required unless this happens more than three times in a one year period. Why? ........This is a community. Even the most reclusive person in the town you live in must communicate with someone else on a monthly basis. If only to go to town to buy food. They must still communicate in some form. And so must our community members. It is not hard to make that one post. Just thank one of our great uploaders for their postings or make a post somewhere else. A joke in general chat, A challenge to a game dual. Or even a rant about your most hated or loved thing on earth. If you are going to be unable to access the board for an extended period then you may inform the staff and we will not delete your account. Back to top

Requests for movies or parts should be posted in the request forum. Please do not post avs passes or requests for them on this site. Read through the notes that the uploaders provide with their posts. Copy the notes to a text file as questions relating to notes that are included with posts will be ignored. Back to top

Rules for Posters: Please make your posts in the correct forums. Movies in the movie forum. Spoofs in the spoof forum. Streaming movies in the stream forum,etc. Advertising your own site here is dealt with as SPAM unless you have the permission of the forum administrators. If you post your own site, you must have a link back to us. Link backs or admin approval is not required for movies that are hosted on your private server(s) so long as it is a direct link to the movie download and not to a web page. Movie parts under 1mb or sites under 20mb are considered as SPAM. Linking to or leeching from other forums is NOT permitted. All links to the movies must be on the first page or the second page if the first page is a warning for minors. There is only 1 popup allowed in your post/site and no pops to .ed, tpg´s, illegal or password sites. Copy and pasting movies originally posted at other forums is not allowed (without the original posters explicit permission to repost it). If you really want to share a movie from another forum, download the movie and re-upload it to new accounts. To be fair, please post who you got the movie from, it only takes a second to give credit to the original person/poster. If you can find any decent movies posted at spammer sites, feel free to post the direct links. These are the sites that show 1 or 2 parts of a full scene, or have lots of banners ads or pop ups. Don't steal the pin-files of other uploaders even when their sites are banned here. If you want to post parts of a series then look first to see if there were other parts posted before..! If you are posting new parts to a series that you yourself have posted before, Then edit your topic instead of posting the new parts as a reply to the first topic.(Please remember to change the title of the topic to "Updated xx/xx/xxxx") Very important, do not post an .exe file on this board unless you explain in complete detail what the .exe does. Failure to follow any of these rules will result in your post being deleted a warning possibly being issued and your membership being revoked on the third warning. Sooner if it is a blatent violation as deemed by the staff. Being that you are concerned about doing the right thing, we know your intentions are good. Do your best to do the right thingand we will let you know if you break any rules, by editing/locking your post and/or sending you a private message. Back to top

MODERATOR WARNINGS Please make your posts in the correct areas. By keeping to the nature of the forum you are posting in, it keeps things organized and easy for all members to find what they're looking for. In other words don't ask for help about a computer problem in the movie forum. Having a problem with a post? Ask about it in the tech help forum. Don't ask if someone has a certain part of a movie in the tech help forum, or how to play Snood better in the mp3 forum. Just stay on the subject of the forum you are in and you will not see POST THIS IN THE PROPER FORUM.. Moderator X at the bottom of your post. Still not sure where to put your post? Images All pictures cannot be more than 200 x 200 and upto 10 pictures in a post or one picture at 600 x 600. These images cannot contain url links to other sites per the above poster rules. Please bear in mind when posting several images that they take quite some time to load if you are on a dialup connection. We do have many 56k users here and they would appreciate it if you kept pictures to a minimum. Back to top

Avatars Avatars that are linked off site can not be more then 170 x 125. If you have an avatar that is on your computer you can upload it in your user prefrences control panel. Size limits are posted there. Back to top

Very Important

Passwords, keygens, and serial numbers Are not allowed on this Board. No posting or offers of avs passes are allowed. Not even in emails or private messages, on this board. If you do then your will receive a WARNING. Three warnings and you will be perminantly banned. Back to top
